Project 30 - Day 21 - February 4, 2007

We lost our sun early today...so the skys were gray and overcast again. I went out looking for natural hearts but didn't find any. I love my pretty azalea bushes, they have bloomed faithfully all this winter.

Our plum tree is in bloom and I caught this little bee...

...I also went and walked the railroad tracks behind my parents house looking for hearts..ahh but no luck. I snapped a few shots of the tracks to use in artwork, but no pretty flowers along the tracks this time.

I tried catching some of the birds flying in the gray skies. Took this one and played with it in RAW - desaturating it and boosting the contrast. I kinda like the way it came out.

Love the azalea's they sure did bloom early in Florida - I don't see any life on anything here yet.

I love the azalea... there is something in the little stamens that almost look silver... as for those plum blooms.. wow! They are terrific... and the framing on the birds is what makes that work.. :) Great job.. as always...
