Project 30 - Day 16 - January 30, 2007

This is Momma Cat. She adopted us a couple of years ago when she needed a home for her kitties. She's guarding a lizard that she'd been playing with and wasn't quite sure whether I was after it or not.



We are having our two weeks of Winter these days with cold, gray skies and blustery wind. What a difference it makes down at the park...



This is the same little willow that I posted about a week ago...only now it has been bitten by the cold and turned all brown and sad...

i saw on the news the cold temps in florida!! we are colder..nyaaa nyaaaaa.
ok so single digits is depressing..maybe i can get out next week. nice shots.

I know what you mean about the grey and cold.. we keep having intermittent grey days... but they are all cold (at least for here)... 40's today... up from the 20's yesterday.. I want spring! Love the bird on the sign... sad about the willow tree!

Today wasn't such a bad day. The sun was out. Maybe the sun didn't come out up north by you, Anna...... tomorrow will be brighter.
Hey, that sign....... a good thing they put that there or nobody would know where the ramp ended!

Tim Holtz -Tag Tags of 2013

March When Tim posted his March tag for the 12 Tags of  2013  I knew I was going to have to do some major improvising because although I have a lot of Tim Holtz products in my stash, the only things I had this time was the Foliage and Memo Pins.   It took me a few days to wrap my head around it... but in the end I'm really happy with how my tag turned out  and it was nice to have some creative time at my art desk. Thanks for stopping in and feel free to leave me a comment and let you me know you stopped by! Anna I didn't have the Fringe Die so I  cut my grass by hand.  I looked at the picture of the die and sized my grass to match  Tim's.  I had Green Co-ordinations but not the Kraft one...so my grass is green on both sides of the fence.  I sanded the paper first and then gave it a good dose of Walnut Stain Distress Ink before cutting.  Then after I put it on my tag, I gave it a little hint of Picked Raspberry. What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday ? Just a quick peek at my desk today.  I'm working on a project that I can't really show yet...so I'm just going to show you the what I've used so far and one little tiny peek into the project.
